Key Job Responsibilities:
Experienced LOPA \ SIL Chairman with thorough understanding of IEC 61511 and facilitating HAZOP \ Deterministic SIL workshops and analysing Layers of Protection with strong background in Process Control, Offshore and Onshore projects, HIPPS and ESD and ICSS Systems.
Have a good understanding of Process Hazard Analysis, tools and techniques including Risk Graphs, Fault Trees and LOPA.
Experienced user of PHA Pro, Fault Tree + would be an added bonus.
Key Job Responsibilities:
We are looking for an experienced Instrument and Protective Systems (I&PS) Engineer who has a good understanding of IEC 61511 SIS Lifecycle model and has working knowledge and experience of the key SIS Lifecycle activities.
Qualification and Other Requirements:
The candidate will have a Master’s degree, Chartered Engineers will be given preference. CFSE or TUV certified engineers will proven experience will be considered.
Key Job Responsibilities:
Consult with our clients major capital projects to evaluate and execute advanced reliability studies during the front end, detailed design and execution phases of projects. This will include leading, managing or providing oversight of Reliability, Availability & Maintainability (RAM) studies to assist project selection of optimum design alternatives and operational strategies.
Have experience of chairing FMEA workshops, Reliability Studies, Fault Tree Analysis, Availability Studies, Failure Mode Analysis workshops, Relaibility Block Diagrams and Event Trees.
Have knowledge of best practices in Reliability Engineering, IEC 61511, Process Industry knowledge, subsea knowledge, Upstream Engineer
Participate in the development and delivery of Reliability training material to our clients operations and projects staff to increase the company’s organisational capability in Reliability and Integrity Engineering.
Qualification and Consultant Requirements:
Masters engineering degrees are desirable, preferably M.Sc in Reliability Engineering or equivalent.
Candidates must have the ability to work independently and as part of a global team. Excellent oral and written communication skills are required and the ability to produce high quality reports and deliver presentations to multiple levels of the organization.
Candidates are likely to have 10+ years Reliability Engineering experience, ideally in upstream operations. Candidates will be expected to travel to consult with projects, business units and vendors in different global locations on a regular basis.
